Spectroscopy: Reading The Rainbow

Saturday, October 26, 2024

Did you know you can actually read the rainbow? Scientists use spectroscopy to measure the way materials interact with light. Their unique spectroscopic fingerprints help chemists identify substances in unknown solutions. Join us and make your own spectroscope! Then, use it to look at “spectra” from different light sources!
