Did you know that Hamilton is the waterfall capital of the world? Or that there are over 30 mammal species found in Cootes Paradise, a nature sanctuary found in our very own city? Join the Hamilton CAGIS team on an educational hike on one of McMasters most beautiful and eco-diverse trails. We will be led by an ecology expert who will teach us all about the wildlife we encounter along the way! Get some fresh air and learn about the incredible flora and fauna found in our beautiful city!
Check-in: Check-in is at 9:40 am. Please arrive promptly to ensure the event starts on time.
Location: Near McMaster University, Hamilton, ON (Register to receive exact meeting location details)
Ages: This event is for girls and gender-diverse youth ages 7 to 16.
Registration Information: All youth attending must register using the link below. For non-CAGIS members, a guardian is required to stay for the event and must also register below. Participants who are CAGIS members are not required to have a parent/guardian stay for the event.
