I bet you didn’t know learning about emulsification and stabilizers could be this sweet! Join us for this yummy session as we explore food science, making some sweet treats along the way. Test–and taste–different flavours and stabilizers as you create delicious desserts with a food scientist!

Ages 7-12: 8 am PT • 9 am MT • 10 am CT • 11 am ET • 12 pm AT

Meet the Expert

Candice Blake

Candice has been a product developer for ice cream for over 12 years and has a background in food and nutrition. She also grew up on a dairy farm and played AA Girls Competitive Hockey.
