We are visiting Western’s wind tunnel (The Wind Engineering, Energy and Environment Research Institute (WindEEE RI)). Normally, the wind tunnel is in constant use for experiments to see how wind systems (such as tornadoes and downbursts) affect buildings, but CAGIS London is getting behind-the-scenes access to see the wind tunnel in action. Participants will build and test their own wind mills using the knowledge they just learned about wind currents.
