Have you ever wondered how scientists use DNA and ancient artifacts to understand the past? Be an archeologist and extract DNA, do nanodrop spectrophotometry, then examine ancient pottery samples with Lakehead University’s Anthropology Department.
Check-in: Please arrive at 11:45 am for check-in.
Location: Lakehead University (specific location details will be sent upon registration).
Ages: This event is for girls and gender-diverse youth ages 7 to 16.
Registration Information: All youth attending must register using the link below. For non-CAGIS members, a guardian is required to stay for the event and must also register below. Participants who are CAGIS members are not required to have a parent/guardian stay for the event.
