Have you ever wondered how chemists can magically change coloured liquids to clear? Step into the shoes of a chemist and explore the fascinating Briggs-Rauscher oscillating reaction, make a rainbow milk vortex, and more! Join us as we get an inside experience at a real chemistry lab at Carleton University and harness the power of chemical reactions!

This event is for girls and gender-diverse youth ages 7 to 16. 

Ages 7 to 11 (FULL- REGISTRATION CLOSED):

    Check-in: 1:15 PM

     Time: 1:30 – 3:00 PM

Ages 12 to 16:

    Check-in: 3:45 PM

     Time: 4:00 – 5:30 PM

Location: Carleton University, Ottawa, ON (specific location details will be sent upon registration).

Registration Information: All youth attending must register using the link below. For non-CAGIS members, a guardian is required to stay for the event and must also register below. Participants who are CAGIS members are not required to have a parent/guardian stay for the event.
