Congratulations to our 2024 Graduating Teen Ambassadors

Congratulations to our Senior Teen Ambassadors who are graduating from high school this year! We can’t wait to see what they achieve throughout this next chapter and wish them all the best in their future. 

Aayla

I will be going to Carleton University to pursue a Computer Science Honours Degree with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

I was grateful to receive a $4000 entry scholarship and a $1500 department scholarship.

Catherine Gabrielle

I will be attending the University of Toronto to study Life Sciences with the hopes of becoming a medical doctor or a scientist!

I was offered an entrance scholarship from the University of Toronto Scarborough for their life sciences program.

Elissa

I am going to UBC Okanagan for the Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science program. In my third and fourth year I am considering a concentration in either Kinesiology and Allied Health or Clinical Exercise Physiology.

I was awarded the UBC Presidential Scholars Award entrance scholarship.

Emma

I’m going to the University of British Columbia to study Physics.

I was chosen as a Schulich Leader at UBC, which means I will receive $100,000 over the course of my undergraduate degree! A dream come true! Additionally, I have received scholarships from the Air Cadet League of Canada, Tundra Technical and the Leonard Foundation to pursue my studies.

Gulnoor

I will be going to McMaster University for their Life Sciences program (B.Sc.).

I was grateful to receive the McMaster Award of Excellence ($3000) and the Science Achievement Award ($1000).

Jessica

I’ll be going directly to post-secondary at the University of Toronto for a Bachelor’s Degree studying Life Sciences.

Kate

I’ll be pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at Dalhousie University in the fall! I’m excited to dive deeper into the world of technology and experience university life.

I’ve been awarded the WeAreAllCS Women in Technology scholarship for my studies next year, and I have been honoured to be selected as an affiliate Rising Star in the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing awards program.

Maria

I’ll be going to Waterloo for Electrical Engineering

I’m so grateful to say that I was awarded the President’s Scholarship of Distinction as well as the Richard and Elizabeth Madter Entrance Scholarship!

Meredith

I will be studying Management and Marketing at the University of Guelph.

I am happy to have received an academic entrance scholarship. 

Misimi

I will be studying Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University.

Rose

I am very excited to go to UBC for engineering next year. I can’t wait to make new friends, pick up new hobbies, travel the world, and learn from the great faculty and community at UBC. I want to express my gratitude to CAGIS for all their support and motivation this year and remind YOU to never give up on your dreams.
